DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days of placement. We will send an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped, orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after date of shipment. Please contact us if you have any expedited or special shipping needs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders ship via USPS First Class International within 3-5 business days of placement. We will send an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped, orders typically arrive 2 weeks after date of shipment, but can take longer if held at customs. We cannot predict, nor are we responsible for a package taking longer than the USPS stated delivery time, and First Class International shipments cannot be tracked once they leave the US. Also note that First Class International shipments may be subject to import tax upon arrival at their destination. Please contact us if you have any expedited or special shipping needs.

RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love your new Molly M item, but in the event that you are unhappy with it, you may exchange it within 2 weeks of your order date. Please contact us before sending an item back and we will provide you with all of the necessary info. Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to take care of you.

JEWELRY CARE
The jewelry can be fairly fragile. Be careful of bear hugs, sandwiching earrings between cell phone and shoulder, and water. When travelling, be sure to pack earrings in a hard container. In the event that a piece of your jewelry breaks or is lost, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

FELT COASTER CARE
To clean felt coasters, immerse in mildly soapy water and lightly jostle for 2-3 seconds. Place wet coasters between 2 towels to soak up excess moisture, then air dry.

LEATHER COASTER CARE
To clean leather coasters, use q-tips and a mild cleanser.
