DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail within 5-7 business days of placement. We will send an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped, orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after date of shipment. SALE ORDERS

We aim to ship all orders placed during our sales within 5-7 business days but can get backlogged, in which case it may take up to 15 business days to ship. Please contact us at info@mollymdesigns.com if you have any expedited or special shipping needs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail within 5-7 business days of placement. We will send an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped, orders typically arrive 2 weeks after date of shipment, but can take longer if held at customs. We cannot predict, nor are we responsible for a package taking longer than the USPS stated delivery time. Also note that USPS shipments may be subject to import tax upon arrival at their destination. Please contact us if you have any expedited or special shipping needs.

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love your new Molly M item, but in the event that you are unhappy with it, you may return it within 2 weeks of your order date. We are happy to provide a shipping label but will deduct that amount from your final return. Please contact us at info@mollymdesigns.com before sending an item back and we will provide you with all of the necessary info.  Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to take care of you.
